'Overall, it was exactly what we expected. Communication with the property manager was efficient, clear and quick. The downstairs gets pretty cold but individual heaters definitely help. Great experience.'

'The cabin was as advertised. I wish it had been cleaner in some aspects. Some of the dishes and silverware were dirty so I felt like I needed to wash things before I could use them and the hot tub had a harsh smell and was very cloudy, so we chose not to use it, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the property served our needs just fine. The management was very responsive when we had an issue at checkin and easy to communicate with.'

'We ABSOLUTELY lived our place!! It really was a “hideaway”!!! It had everything we needed or could want. It was so cozy & quiet. Access to TV streaming was great, updated fridge too. The front porch was so nice with the rocking chairs & swing & the deck in the back was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. TY!!!'

'This property exceeded my expectations. The house is super clean which is a HUGE deal for me and very spacious. We all fit very comfortably. We loved the backyard. We were able to avoid the big crowds in town and make our own slide in the backyard for the kids. They had a blast! The game room was a hit and there were a bunch of board games for everyone to enjoy. Everything was perfect! Great memories in this house. I definitely recommend this home.'

'This home was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Very spacious living room/dining room/great room, functional kitchen. We loved that the main bedroom was downstairs while the other rooms upstairs. This worked perfectly for our family, we had my husband and I downstairs and our teenagers upstairs with shuffle board. The main bathroom was amazing, huge shower and gorgeous copper soaking tub. The hot tub was nice, it was clean and was warm when we got there. The area is great, we like to stay in...

'Location worked out well for us. Having 3 bathrooms is a plus for 4 women :) it would have been nice to hang out on the deck but we didnt get back in the evening until 10pm and per Big Bear ordinance you cant even be outside talking after 10pm so that was a bit of an inconvenience but it was a great little get away and would stay in this cabin again.'
