'This place was amazing. My daughter and I stopped here in May 2025, and we felt like we were royalty. The special treats and fancy coffee were great but being able to enjoy it out on a quiet porch was amazing. The breakfast the next morning was perfect with hot and cold options and lots of delicious goodies. The only word of warning is that there was an amazing private bathroom for our room (“College”). 'We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. 'Five couples(family) celebrating a nephews wedding at Spinning Leaf Winery. A lovely home on beautiful property. We did a lot of grinch porch sitting. Kitchen and baths were well stocked; appreciated the cold drinks and snacks upon arrival. Beds and linens were so comfortable. We took advantage of the disc golf course; so much fun. Enjoyed our outings to downtown Shelby. Thank you thank you for sharing your home. '
