'The house smelt terrible. When the property manager was informed we were told to run the water and maybe the smell will go away. The second night we did not have heat. Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe...

'We had a great time!!! We snowshoed on the trails in the back and enjoyed the snowy wide open spaces! The place was great for us too - the fireplace so cozy after a day out in the cold! The proximity to lake placid was amazing too!!'

'A great space as our home base for day trips and skiing. The property manager stopped by when we arrived with treats and a great tip about parking at White Face. The in-laws apartment allowed our group to have plenty of space for separate activities and quiet time when needed. '
