'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Where do I start? On arrival there was no one at the front desk. Waited about 15 minutes, I received a key on a chain for my room. The room looked like it hadn’t been touched or cleaned in three decades. Cracked tiles all over. Dirt and residue in the grout of the tile. Don’t even get me started about the bathroom. GROSS. 'Very peaceful location, close to quiet beach. Cottage well equipped: airconditioning, large fridge/freezer, large cooker, large BBQ, flatscreen tv, audio-system, satnav for car, local mobile phone etc. etc. Gabriella and Douglas were very welcoming and helpful hosts and can tell a lot about Antigua.'

'The property was well kept, very clean, very nice staff. We had a pool view which was beautiful & you can see the ocean/mountains from there. The view was beautiful! The room was nice however the jets in the tub didn’t work. I was a bit disappointed about that because that was 50% why I booked the room however being right in front of the pool made up for it. 'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '
