'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Service needs attention. We had multiple issues during our stay in terms of service. Hotel is understaffed. There is no urgency in addressing requests. We have stayed is 5 star hotels around the world and this hotel is severely lacking in service. The price we paid does not match the experience we had. The beach is beautiful and we loved our beach attendant Daniel who went above and beyond. Chef at wild tamarind is great and food was flavorful. They ran out of towels on the beach, no trash can...

'Very peaceful location, close to quiet beach. Cottage well equipped: airconditioning, large fridge/freezer, large cooker, large BBQ, flatscreen tv, audio-system, satnav for car, local mobile phone etc. etc. Gabriella and Douglas were very welcoming and helpful hosts and can tell a lot about Antigua.'

'location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. 'We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and...
