'The host, Caleb, was super helpful! The place itself is pretty modest. Seems a bit pricey at 400 a night. Personally, I’m not in love with rock lawns, front and back.'

'Fun older home with character. It had what we needed on our stay. The floor was not clean upon arrival and the shower was finicky. But overall not a bad stay and gave us a comfy place to sleep.'

'Great view of the ocean. The deck is small for four people to sit comfortably. The unit was stocked with everything that one might need. The exterior was a little worn but workers were there doing reconstruction. Very quiet and secure property. Very quick, easy beach excess. Two minor maintenance items were a bathroom clogged sink and a leaky coffee maker. We called on the sink but the maintenance crew did not fix it. All in all, happy that we rented this property.'

'Family of 5 here. This house definitely met our expectations. It was nice that the house provided some beach toys so it was less we had to worry about packing. The rooms worked out well for all of us and the upstairs is great for cooking and taking in the beautiful view. Short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and it was nice to be able to grill. The only thing missing for outside patio area would be a little table to be able to eat out there. Otherwise, great spot!'

'This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!'

'Great house! The kitchen is fully stocked and great appliances. Great location that is close to everything. The host is super responsive and when you get there they have cute little towel bundles waiting for you on the bed. Great hot tub too. Highly recommend!'
