'Had a very nice overnight at the Brittany Motel. The room was clean and very well appointed. Parking is right at your door and most important for us they allow dogs. The check-in is all done on-line as there is no front desk or innkeeper on site, but it all worked well. In a high-end town like Manchester Center, VT the price is certainly reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit.'

'Best part: Breakfast and the views. Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. Additionally, we paid $300 at the Inn...

'What a wonderful Vermont experience! The staff was so warm and welcoming, the property is gorgeous, the bed comfortable and the buttermilk pancake breakfast was outstanding. I'd go back there in a minute!'

'We had a lovely time staying in the Tower Room for our wedding weekend! The space feels like it's own tiny apartment with a winding center staircase leading up to a luxurious spa-like bathroom, perfect for getting ready in the morning and relaxing at night! The staff was kind and helpful, our only regret was not being able to stay on property longer, we will definitely be coming back to try the famous French Toast at breakfast!'

'The Reluctant Panther was a cut above the other inns that I have stayed at. On check in, we were walked to our room and shown where everything was. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a nice seating area in front of a fireplace. We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service. Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room. All in all, our stay was exceptional. '

'The resort looks tired. It needs a few repairs. The staff was friendly. We did not eat at the resort, but the next tiem we stay I would like to stay longer. I am not convinced that we received the benefits of the resort that we paid for on our resort fee. I attended a wonderful yoga class with Jasmine. I highly recommend the yoga, and the pool looked inviting, and I wish I had swum laps there. We will try it again, but I think the resort is overpriced given the quality of the amenities...
