'We’ve stayed at this property multiple times while receiving medical treatment at Penn State Hershey Cancer Center which is about 20 min away. Emily is a very responsive host. The house is beautifully furnished, always clean, and has a nice property. Can’t say enough about the comfort and hospitality.'

'very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response.'

'Property needs a deep cleaning. Oven was dirty. Kitchen stocked very sparsely. Linens need to be upgraded for better quality. A lot of the renovations have been DIY and it’s obvious. Location is great. Everything in downtown is walking distance. There are limited things downtown but it is still cute. Good yard for dogs. Washer and dryer.'
