'My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend, occasionally joined by our two young adult children who stayed on the pull-out sofa. The apartment is stylish, spotless, and very well-appointed. Communication with landlords was easy and prompt. Although it is a bit of a hike to the main Philadelphia attractions, the immediate area is colorful and lively, close to amazing restaurants, the Italian Market, Queens Village. Highly recommend!'

'My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. 'This apartment did the job. I stayed here for 4 nights and did not have any real issues. The apartment is in a great area, close to the downtown area and historic landmarks. The host is very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment is a little bit dated and the plumbing needs to be improved. My last complaint is the lack of parking in the area, most of the street parking is 2 hour parking or there are expensive lots within walking distance. '
