David replies to our messages quickly and very accommodating with what we need, kids and teens enjoyed the game room very much! Will definitely stay again! Thank you so much David for everything!'

'Exactly what we were looking for when we booked. Javier was very responsive prior to and throughout our stay. He provided several local activities and stores nearby for supplies. The house was just as the pictures showed and was spotless. All the lights, appliances, heaters, electronics, etc. worked making our stay effortless to enjoy. The hot tub heated up quickly and maintained a good temperature for the duration of our 3 night stay. We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and Javier had...

'While the house provided plenty of space for our family group and the bathrooms were clean, there were other issues that took away from our complete enjoyment of the property. Out of 5 TVs, we could only get 1 to work; most of the rest of the house needed a good cleaning (I did some myself). There was no book at the house with instructions/helpful tips. Other amenities that we used were not in good working order or missing (sleeper sofa mattress dirty, no toaster in the kitchen - which was...

'Most of the house was dirty, floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned, turned everyone's feet black in less than 30 minutes of being there. Trash in-between couch cushions. Different kitchen appliances, outlets that didn't work. Host did try to make it right but not much could be done when you've already moved your whole party and their stuff into a house. The counter top oven in the photos is not the same as what is in the house. The one provided was much smaller and resulted in having to cook...

'We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and clean and bright and thoughtfully stocked with supplies and goodies too! Gorgeous views of the lake from both upstairs and downstairs. Every morning we all woke up and enjoyed kayaking and canoing on the serene lake and lots of fishing. Big fire pit to do s’mores and camp fire (propane and very easy to use) and we sat on the deck to relax and enjoy the views with another propane fire to enjoy. Boats were very easy to launch and we could...

'Everything looked great, place was clean, modern, and luxurious. The host was really responsive. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.'
