'The young lady could not tell me if I had prepaid for the room or not, she was very nice and everything but she was having a hard time with the PC, also wasn't sure how to set up a wake up call for the morning I don't think its her fault maybe she was not properly trained and she was the ONLY ONE there '

'Clean place'

'The room was what you would expect. Enough room for three adults; the washing machine & dryer were adequate. Parking area was a little small and the breakfast wasn’t worth the walk down to the office. The breakfast items weren’t replenished as they should have been so we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We did get a late check out which was helpful because our flight out of Chicago was late at night.'

'It was a very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was great and fresh every morning. The staff at the front desk was fantastic. We will absolutely book here again.'

'Tears in the carpet, wallpaper looked like a 3 yr old put it up. Stain on the sheet. Lady couldn't even tell me the pool was out of service. Ill never waste my money here again.'

'Musty smell throughout. The have fans blowing in the hallway with air freshener behind them. Breakfast is not good. Biscuits and water gravy. Waffles tasted sour. They have cereal of course Room is musty and mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Towels always felt damp. Ac works well but it blows musty air . Shower head comes out of wall at shoulder blade height. Does get hot however. Beds are ok. TV is very small and very limited analog channels. Very fuzzy picture. ...

'The hotel was decent . We just couldn’t get clean towels for 2 days due to the holiday 4th of July and housekeeping being off.'

'The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.'

'Room was fine until it rained and my window started not just leaking but water was pouring into the room. Staff moved me into a different room that had a similar problem as the first. Floor by the AC unit was damp the entire stay. No mention of any accommodation for getting moved into a “downgraded” room. Would only plan on staying here if the weather is going to be clear with no possibility of rain at all. Other than that, staff was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad.'
