'The room was as I expected... A good bed, good tele, nice little balcony and a better than avg bathroom. A spa bath and a great shower along with a microwave and fridge give you everything you could want. Staff were welcoming and smiling. It was a lovely three nights.'

'Good and quiet location. Parking in front of your room. The room had a spa but no instructions on how to work it. I couldn't use the 'bubbles' and the bath then didn't drain completely. Not a big thing, I had a good stay.'

'Good and quiet surrounding, with a few cafes and bars around. There is a spa pool available to use, just book it at the reception. The check in and check out are easy. The location is good- easy access to Whakapapa Ski field and they also offer shuttle service to Tongariro with a fee. Overall, great stay.'

'It is a good location to stay at, but walls are Very thin. This means lots of noise in the morning!!! Otherwise Very friendly staff, keen to answer all your questions. And they wooden finish gives it a Nice atmosphere :-)'
