'I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice- there is a lot in walking distance including a Denny's that's open till midnight and a movie theater and Applebee's across the street. 25 min drive to Cooperstown where we visited a winery and brewery. Location is great. '

The property needs updating - smells like cigarettes, carpets stained, damaged wallpaper and bathroom fixtures. the staff is pleasant and the room was clean , bed comfort was okay. we've stayed here before , due to price and convenience, but i feel this could be a wonderful place if they fixed it up a bit. '
