'We were in town for a bridal shower and wanted a place where the four of us could stay together. The Sunrise Lodge was perfect! It was so nicely appointed and the property owners were wonderful! It is a beautiful space for a quiet weekend away and near historic Cooperstown.'

It was super quiet in the neighborhood (however the neighborhoods getting there seemed a bit sketchy) the street that this house is on is a family street and very quiet. (Which was key for me because im a super light sleeper!!) We were so comfortable and loved this little home.'

'We spent a long weekend at the Apple Tree Pond property and it was as described! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We enjoyed fishing and using the boats, and enjoyed relaxing on this beautiful property. Communication was good and quick and helpful! The only suggestion I have are for the door for the playroom with the dart board and ping pong table. The door got locked before our stay and they had to get the maintenance over to unlock it which took some time, no big deal at all,...

'There were 3 couples and the cabin was laid out perfectly. Beds were comfy. Property was just secluded enough to give you a woods feel. Met the owner, nice guy! The area was quiet, very much in the country, but close enough to get to a town and the Glimmerglass park for the wedding. Everything was only a few minutes away. We all had a wonderful time.'
