'Absolutely PERFECT for what we needed. Close to Grayson Highlands where we hiked for a couple of days. Loved the tub too. We both used it after hiking on the Appalachian trail. We will definitely stay here again.'

'Overall a great stay! Wish their beds were larger than a full (pretty snug with 2 adults in one bed). Good location, private for being so close to amenities. Neighbor dog was a bit of an annoyance, but eventually was put back inside.Kitchen was great! '

'My 13 year-old daughter and I stayed here for a mother-daughter getaway skiing trip. The locaion could not have been better, the hostess was gracious and quick with responding when I forgot the entry code and lost my Wi-Fi coverage, and we were close to the slopes and everything we wanted to see. "One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
