'A Catskills week long getaway that worked for the five of us to do the four tours we set out to do. We were blessed with good weather when we needed it. The house did have issues, but we adjusted. The hot tub was therapeutic for my sore ankles. The beds were comfortable, and all appliances worked. Yes there were annoying items such as the bathroom window would not open and only one bathroom.'

'Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!'

'The 2 bedroom house was right on the river and was easy to enjoy with the fire pit on the property. The back patio had a great time view as well. Inside everything was clean and well appointed. I was very pleased with our stay here. It's about 30 minutes to the closest town of any size though,.so plan ahead with groceries,.etc. '

'My family and I stayed here for the weekend for a family wedding and it was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive, the place was very clean, and the outdoor setting was really beautiful. It was such a relaxing setting. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely stay here. '

'This was an excellent place and location for our girls trip. We went to Mohonk Mountain House, FDR’s house in Hyde Park, Hudson River Walk, and shopped and ate near the house in New Paltz. The host was so helpful and the house was perfect with all the supplies you’d need. We brought yoga mats but to our surprise they had some there! The backyard view was stunning too! Highly recommend. '

'Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. '

'The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. While we didn’t cook much, it was nice to use for small meals. The bathroom was also neat and clean. '

'We enjoyed a calm weekend near wine country. The house was comfy and had what we needed for a simple vacation. Luckily the weather cooperated and we were comfortable with open windows and fans on. It may have been a bit stuffy if we were there later in the spring or in the summer. I’m sure it’s a cozy spot in the winter too!!'

'This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here!'

'Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The kids had so much space and games to play. The outdoor was just beautifully set up to enjoy around the fire and play and walk outside. Highly recommend this place.'

'Great experience- there was an app issue so when we arrived the trailer we booked was not available so the owner upgraded us to the private pool house at no charge. Great customer service and recommend the pool house!'

"Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. "
