'The hotel is dated and need full renovation. The location is good but in some areas they allow outside people to use the amenities. I had a late fight leaving Kona 9:55pm and asked for a possible extension of my stay willing to pay additional charge for the extra hours. Basically they said they were totally booked so I need to pay full day charge to stay an extra 5 hours in my room. It was a rip-off!
