'Nieuw hotel. Kamer wordt dagelijks opgeruimd. Helaas is het zwembad niet het hele jaar door geopend, seizoensafhankelijk. In mei nog gesloten. Personeel bij het inchecken is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tram van het vliegveld naar het stadscentrum stopt voor het hotel. Slechts 2 tramhaltes naar het centrum.'

'This is an exquisite hotel with absolute luxury and simply the best breakfast buffet we had in all of Italy. We traveled from Venice to Florence and this hotel was a last splurge. It was worth the high price. The room was beautiful in the newer Bristol tower and the spa was relaxing. The best breakfast buffet with cheery staff made our last day so happy. '

' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
