'DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Looks can be deceiving, I'll start off with that. The check in process was great and the staff was very nice at the start. I got my room and was about to get settled in but before I do anything I check the bed, I got pink eye once from a hotel bed so I always check it with a blacklight. I noticed some stuff on the bed and I asked to be moved. They were apologetic and moved me to a new room. Not trusting them at this point, I checked it and it was worse than the first. ...

'Overall, I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was exactly how described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated that they had pillow cases that told you if the pillow was soft or firm. Also the breakfast was very generous…lots of healthy options and I appreciate the pancake maker that made such fluffy pancakes! Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'
