'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my visit. There was a small issue with my room upon arrival, but it was handled quickly and professionally, and the change truly improved my overall experience.
I really appreciated the amenities and the layout of the room — it was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The welcome sake was a lovely touch and added to the social, traveler-friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

'The rooms are always cozy and quiet, as well as the bathrooms are AMAZING here. I love the japanese style washroom as well as the beds are comfy. Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Other than that this property is so beautiful and quiet and low key, my favorite place to stay thank you all in Kyoto!!'

'Hotel has wonderful, large rooms with kitchens. Very close to train stations, local shopping and restaurants.
Hotel staff are very friendly with a self service bag drop before checkin.
