'Mooi complex met een aanbod van leuke en interessante activiteiten. Echte aanraders. Leuk opgezet met meerdere huisjes/appartementen en een apart hotel/receptie. Prima restaurant waar we meerdere keren heerlijk gegeten hebben. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wel wat last van muggen: raamhorren zouden fijn zijn geweest. '

'The outside of the villa is really beautiful with outstanding views. Swimming pool need some attention and was not that clean. Service could be better for a 4 star hotel as well. Dinner was good. The hotel has a lot of potential due the villa itself and the location but really needs an upgrade to stay on a 4 star level. '

'The atmospheric garden with swimmingpool is a place to enjoy. There are some pretty and short walking trails starting from the villa. The scenery is tremendous. For an excursion to the world famous art city, Florence, I suggest not to go there by car. There is a free parking near the station of Vicchio and the train brings you comfortably to the Santa Maria Novella station in the historical heart of Florence. Special note for the hospitality : the staff of the reception desk is very friendly...

'The hotel is just off a main road, very easy to drive to from the airport. There is parking onsite which is free. It's a good stopover if you don't need to go into Florence city centre and are driving onto elsewhere in Tuscany. Very much a business hotel. The interior of the hotel was modern and artistic. Rooms were very clean. The king bed is super comfortable. The bath is can be difficult to get in and out of as the glass comes out a lot and where you step into the bathtub is slanted so it...

'Absolutely wonderful location. Beautiful pools, private jacuzzi tub, great restaurant, and well maintained grounds. They also have an organic farm and game preserve which supplies their dining program. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine. They called and reserved a taxi at the time of our check in for when we departed (the driver was also incredibly kind). The restaurant staff was kind and helpful at dinner and their continental breakfast exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this...

(She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well.
