Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....

Without asking for a tip unlike the guys in downtown Cairo asking for money for "watching" our car in a free public parking...
