'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'

'Goed hotel, goede service. Jammer genoeg geen lift. Wij hadden wat problemen met de douche, iets wat je meerdere landen tegenkomt, dus geen reden om weg te blijven. Deze ongemakken worden ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het mooie uitzicht boven op het dakterras. Ook de bediening was uitermate vriendelijk.'

'Very nice, large and comfortable room with superb bathroom. Very clean and nice hotel, friendly staff. The pool is fun and clean enough :) we had the idea we were the only ones in the hotel whilst in high season but we absolutely loved it! Located nearby the ferry station if you want to go to the East bank so very handy! The prices are very very reasonable, you’ll get a lot in return.'

'This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. 'De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk maar het hotel is luidruchtig. Om het licht uit te doen tijdens de nacht moesten we de electriciteit afzetten zodat de AC ook niet werkte. We zijn van hotel veranderd na een nacht.'

'Mr. Ali and Abdullah, as well as the complete hotel staff takes care of us on all aspects. They are super friendly, that make you feel like they are your family.
