'Very friendly staff, the front desk was even manned at 23:00 arrival. Great room upgrade to a very spacious room. Illumination could be better. The room was very warm and the airconditioning cooling too weak, opening the windows during the night was the only possibility to cool the room down. The rain shower didn't work properly, it sprayed all over like a water jet. Good wide choice breakfast with all one needs.'

'Zeer vriendelijk en kundig personeel. Allemaal zijn ze beleeft en vriendelijk. Doen net het stapje meer uit zich zelf. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Eten in het restaurant was ook zeer goed.'

'Wir haben zu erst ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Hatten Delux mit einem Bett reserviert und ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten bekommen. Konnte sich and der Rezeption klären. An sich ist das Hotel ok, Frühstück geht aber für den Standard besser. '

'The hotel is located in a very depressing area of the city, however it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. The rooms are nice, as they are new. The service, however, is really not existent, way below average standard. Every request is turned down, nothing is available. Housekeeping is weird and hectic, leaving dirty cups in the room, showing up at weird times. Breakfast service is clearly understaffed, they are unable to keep up with the flow of people: tables are not...
