'We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. 'Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao. '

'De ontvangst uitstekend, wij hadden de suite met balkon geboekt. En deze is vrijwel perfect. Het uitzicht, het grote balkon, het zitgedeelte, badkamer dit alles perfect. Alleen het matras was voor ons te hard. Hebben dit aangegeven bij receptie maar oplossing in bv een topmatras aanwezig.Hierna hebben we 2 dekbedden dubbelgevouwen op matras en hierdoor lag het bed beter. 'Vanuit hotel zowel oude stad als andere bezienswaardigheden, als bv Guggenheim op loopafstand. Ontbijt simpel maar voldoende. Ontvangst receptie snel en accuraat. In de kamer vooral in badkamer gemis aan ophang haken en plankjes in douche om zeep en shampoo te plaatsen. Verder goede prijs,kwaliteit verhouding!'

'Nice apartment, but also some not so nice things: There is no reception. So when you have troubles opening the door, like we did, you have to call and wait till a repair mam arrives at the property and let's you in. During our stay we were ingooien that there would be no water one day. Not a big problem, but inconvenient to have that at 9.30 till 11in the morning. Normally during vacation we like to sleep a bit longer and than start the day slowly. Now we had to make sure to have showed and...
