'Easy to find and near a lot of hiking and boating activities. Inside was clean but musty. Outside could use a cleanup. Overall it met our needs.'

She even sent directions on how to get there and told us to save them in case of spotty cell service (and this definitely came in handy!!). The luxury of having two full bathrooms (even though there were only two of us!) was a real plus!
