'Every thing was very clean and staff was very helpful. The only issue was the light in bathroom was going out and only had flickers. The lighting from entryway was sufficient for a quick overnight stay. I mentioned to desk in the morning and they were very apologetic and said it would get fixed right away'

'We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through Expedia. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards...

'Home away from home is the best way to describe this rental. Everything we needed and more was provided for us to have a very comfortable stay. The fenced in back yard and access from the family room was excellent for our dog as well. Neighborhood was great and all the stores you would need was only a short drive away. We would stay here again for sure!'
