'All around perfect stay From valet , to breakfast to staff ~'

'Pictures are misleading. After shower the water dropped throughout the night on a metal covered shower drain so constantly heard the water drops on metal while sleeping. Victoria very rude when confirming reservations. Walls are very thin.. can hear people talking. Charging ports in the couch that has USB ports were not working because the metal prongs were bent. Very low water pressure in the showers, no vents in the bathroom, shower lever felt like it was going to fall off. Asked front desk...

'We love the Lloyd when we are visiting Stamford, the location is so convenient and the rooms are well decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathrooms are great and the shower is hot.'

'We were attend a conference and I must say that the staff was friend and accommodating. The food was good and the hotel conference rooms were comfortable considering that we had a very large group. The hotel did well in accommodating us. I was disappointed that the spa was out of service at the time of our vist but overall it was good.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Very busy and load in this hotel. The conference on May 5 was very loud, with many screaming children. Breakfast was +-, not a toaster and no yoghurt. And Parking Fee 10 US$ is too high. Calculate in the price. This hotel qas the most expensive on our trip, but sure not the best 3/5'

'The cleaning is very poor. The bathroom was full of hair and poorly cleaned; the soap, conditioner, and shampoo were on a completely filthy wall, and the air conditioner was filthy. For people who prioritize cleanliness, this hotel is not recommended.'

'I asked the desk clerk (a middle-aged male) who checked me in for an extra blanket. (It was chilly on my check-in.) As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. Later as it got colder I asked the desk clerk (by this time a 20s-something woman) for a blanket. 'The hotel was amazing , clean and up to date rooms were amazing had a king studio overlooking the river amazing! Highly recommend and will definitely will stay again.'
