'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off.'

'Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. '

'Free parking and the proximity to the nearby attractions (1min from the St Louis City SC Stadium, 5 min walk to the union station/ferris wheel, 30min walk to the Arch!) makes this hotel a gem! Pool area looked a bit in need of update breakfast is ok (coffee not ok) but again the amenities I mentioned has lots of value in my book. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor (ferris wheel and the Arch!) were nice! '

'The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient. '

She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! 'Pulled out the sofa bed and stains all over. Third person (that I paid for was not able to sleep on the mattress). Took pictures showed to front desk and they took the pictures from my phone and said “ok” . Absolutely disgusting. '
