'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'This hotel was located in mid-town of STL, just around a 4 minute drive away from downtown STL attractions. The rooms are unique. Each floor has it's own color. Guest get to pick the color vibe of their room with each reservation. Rooms are nice and clean. Paid parking available for guests during the stay. The Roof top views were amazing with nightly entertainment. On site food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for guests. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 Recommend. Friendly...

'The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!'

'This was my first time staying here. I stayed in the clock tower. The hotel and room were excellent. The hotel is very beautiful and convenient with a market area for coffee and restaurants. The light show in the lobby is just gorgeous!

'This was a fantastic hotel. The room was stylish, comfortable and quiet. Faith on the front desk deserves a special shout out - she was beyond helpful and friendly! The location was also ideal with lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay again. '

'Absolutely fabulous hotel. My go to place now for St. Louis. In evening it is 11 minutes to America's Center convention area. 11 minutes with little traffic up Hwy 44 .

"Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "
