'The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless'

'The staff was very bad. We had chosen buffet dinner, when asked for hot/ fresh breads, he denied it and behaved disrespectful. He insulted us , we payed in full, Rs. 1200 but didn't get the fodd, and had to get up in between. Worst experience.'

'Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. Until then, goodbye and thanks to the team for being so hospitable and for keeping us travellers warm on chilly nights with the late evening bonfires.'
