'All was excelent '

'The elevator was not working and we were not made aware. Our room was on the third floor so it was a bit of an inconvenience going up the stairs with our luggage. '

'The staff was very nice and helpful. I brought up concerns about stays on my pillows which the hotel staff switched out pretty quickly. Breakfast is not included with the stay. You’ll get a breakfast voucher if you choose to eat there, which I wish I would’ve been told at check in and not when I had a plate in my hand trying to serve my small child. '

'Pool was dirty, hot tub was too hot and water murky, no hot water in room for over 24 hrs, room smelled and was given a spray can to remedy the smell. '

'Overall, everything was fine; however, there were several hairs in the shower and some stuck to the wall. They were so obvious that whoever did the cleaning couldn't have missed them.'

'I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. '
