'Coming from the west coast I was super tired. The lady at the front was fantastic, she was nice and helpful, the room was quiet and I slept the entire time until checkout before getting back on the road. Great for a night stay '

'We stayed here for a short weekend trip, and it was super nice! Very clean, spacious room, good breakfast and awesome staff! The only thing that seemed to be a little annoying was the road coming in and out of the hotel but not bad at all! Would definitely come back! '

'This is wonderful hotel and I have stayed here at least one night for many years. It is 45 minutes from Boston-Logan and does not have a parking fee. The renovated room was great with nice floor finish, contemporary style, comfortable beds and pillows, nice toiletries in bathroom, a desk with chair which is a must. Would stay here for several more years to come.'

'The farm is in a deteriorated state. The cottage is not very clean due to the old state of the building. When sitting on the deck the view is very nice except for the huge amount of mosquitos, micr and squirels.'

I was a little bit confused about breakfast because the message from them said no breakfast would be provided due to the MA guidelines (no further explanationon what the guidelines are), but i overheard that they said something about breakfast to other customers. 'Not quite as well equipped as other hotels of its sort, but definitely still a nice hotel to stay at for the price. And easy enough to lock in a room whereas other hotels seem to have issues with locking in early or later, depending. Availability never seems to be an issue with this one.'
