'Het is een prachtig hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten. Het ontbreekt je aan niets en het is een lust voor het oog. Wij vinden het echter vreemd dat je het hotel niet kan bereiken per mail. Na een overnachting hebben we geprobeerd ze op alle mogelijke manieren te bereiken vanuit Jordanie maar dat lukte steeds maar niet. Nu hopelijk per messenger van Fb want we willen nog een paar vergeten schoenen ophalen. Hopelijk kunnen we ze via het hoofdkantoor van Isrotel bereiken.'

'A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number...

'Hotel was at a good price. Rooms were really nice (I liked the size and looks of the interior), bathrooms were decent. Breakfast was good (the variety of things to eat was excellent). Parking space was limited despite going in the off season. Location was very good (walking distance to the beach and various restaurants).'

'I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around...
