'Overall good! Only a few issues that came up. When we arrived the cottage floor was not well cleaned. The carpet had chips from the previous users. We also had a heavy rain which caused a washout of the driveway leaving a heavy crevice in the road. The owners of the cottage were not responsive to this issue. The waterfront was wonderful though and we overall had a good week. '

'We were first guests to new owners at this property and the owners are wonderfully responsive, kind, and accommodating. Any questions and needs are quickly responded to and addressed professionally. Check in and check out are a breeze! The cottage is in a great location on Brandy Lake. The lake itself is relatively calm and quiet and seems to be mostly populated by owning families and renters to very respectful groups. 'What an awesome experience. Shavanna is an awesome host with great communication. Right on the water, lake is great for swimming, close to Port Carling. We absolutely loved it. '

'We had a great time during our stay. The cottage is bright, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The deck and dock were great locations to have our morning cup of coffee and we even made friends with a family of ducks. We would recommend this cottage to anyone looking to get away while still being close to Port Carling and Bracebridge. '

'We had a great time for our first time as a family experiencing a cottage holiday at Earl and Linda’s. From first contact Earl was eager to make our 2 weeks a success! And it was. This cottage is just like described, a wonderful place to gather. So well stocked, beyond expectations! Showed us around upon arrival and easily reached with any questions. 'We had a wonderful time. We got to see the sunrise and set every morning it was spectacular. We enjoyed the morning canoe ride, swimming. The lake is so clean you can see straight to the bottom. The whole boat house was very clean and organized. Communication was very easy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. If your looking for a wonderful getaway look no further it's a trip that is truly unforgettable! '

'Lovely stay with lots of fun on the dock, Lilly pad float was a big hit and morning kayaking made for some great memories. Rustic and charming in a great location. '
