The penthouse was just as described. We had everthing we needed for a telaxing two weeks at the beach. Kelly and Ken were wonderful hosts and easy to work with. There were a couple issues that were taken care of quickly.

We had never stayed at Sea Watch before, but it was fantastic. And PH8 was great! From check-in, to the facilities - it was wonderful to enjoy coffee, snacks, or beverages on both balconies and look out over the property and the beach - we could see all the way down to the Sky Wheel. The amenities of the unit were wonderful. Beach and pool access were great. Ken and Kelly were also wonderful to work with! We are looking forward to seeing what comes next! It was a great place and vacation!

Penthouse 8 had the most amazing ocean, pool and courtyard views ever! The owners were great to communicate with and the "check in" process was the best ever...we followed the instructions and walked into our penthouse without having to talk with anyone. Our accommodations felt like home with a fantastic view. The Penthouse floor corner view with two balconies, gave plenty of outdoor space to sip on a hot caramel latte, watching the early morning sun and gentle waves upon the shoreline while reading my favorite book. The three bedroom, two bath, full kitchen, with plenty of dining and living room space, made us feel right at home.

Our condo was beautiful and clean, everything was as described except the indoor pool in our building was closed due to construction. The kids were lookkng forward to swimming so that was a bummer but all in all was a very nice relaxing vacation.

My friends and I do a couple trips a year. Ages 63-85. We usually stay in a resort room. This year I decided to try VRBO. It was a great choice. For 3 of us the room was exactly what we needed for a week long stay. We had this spacious 3 bedroom area to enjoy our time. The balconies were the best to look out and enjoy the beautiful lights at night that were visible from downtown Myrtle. The kitchen is stocked well for times you don’t want to go out and stay in to cook. We appreciate a VRBO that represents the truth in their listing. I have stayed at Seawatch for over 20 years. I feel safe there and it is conveniently located. If you have not rented this Penthouse treat yourself to a special place where great memories can be made.
