'The location and view was great! Staff were very nice and helpful. The only issue I had were we had to walk five flights of stairs in the parking garage because the elevators were not working . Just wished they had mentioned this when I was booking the room.'

'Rooms were ok. When booking the room online, completely expected the rooms to have inside access. Did not like checking into the beautiful lobby and then being sent around to the other part of the hotel and being out on the first floor accessed from the outside. Not what I am used to when booking what I believed would be a classier experience. Still was not horrible, but definitely a disappointment. Would not stay again. Ate at the hotels restaurant for dinner, very overpriced but our...

'I did enjoy the friendliness of other travelers. I’ve met a lot of people. The beach was the best part. I loved it. The bathroom could use some work. The shower curtain was broken along with the hooks, the stopper in the tub was nonexistent. There was a roach crawling on the dirty sink. No toilet paper holder, the drawers were old and dirty. The phone didn’t work! The hot tub was filthy, but we got in it anyways, it did turn my suit colors. It had bugs n flies in it as to be expected.'
