'The first room had bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms, legs, and feet. I actually was able to take a video of one before I killed it. I showed my bites and the video to the guy at the front desk and all he said was that there had been people sleeping in that room and nobody had complained. He did move me to another room that seems to have been free of bed bugs.'

'Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. 'I came to Nacogdoches for a funeral to be given this. The room was dirty had not been vacuum the carpet was filthy and not handicap accessible, only had a high tub and no shower. I had to find another hotel to stay in at 12:00 o’clock am. I called the hotels in the area and they couldn’t accommodate me. Finally I called the Sparks and they gave me a room.
