名古屋駅からも比較的近く、地下からも行けるので悪天でも雨に塗れずに向かうことができる。 また、ホテル周辺は飲食店が多いが、比較的ですが、高層階にあるのでとても静かです。 大浴場も夜遅く~朝でも入られるので、ゆっくりできる また、大変遅い時間のチェックインとなり、しかもナビが不調で迷ってしまい、電話連絡しましたが、丁寧にわkりやすくご案内いただき、大変助かりました

接客していただいた男性スタッフがとても感じがよかった 2度目の宿泊でしたが チェックインで接客いただいた女性の笑顔といつもご利用ありがとうございますとお声かけいただきとても気持ちよく手続きいただけました またチェックイン前の荷物預かりいただいた男性スタッフの対応も優しく丁寧で大変好印象でした。 その男性スタッフが チェックアウトも私のことを覚えていただいて際も気遣うお言葉頂け とても気持ちよくゆっくり宿泊できました。 施設に関しましては立地もよく また大浴場もあるシティホテルとして大変満足です。ですがやはり最後は人です。スタッフさんの心からのおもてなし、心配りや接客応対が一番大事だと思うので これからもホスピタリティ精神を持って頑張っていただきたいです。 応援しております。 また今度お世話になる時もよろしくお願いします。 また利用させていただきます。

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views in heart of Nagoya. Modern upscale hotel with lobby on the 18th floor and rooms starting from floor 19. Great location near transportation and business and tons of shopping. There was a nice amenities bar for things that weren’t in your room. Also spa/onsen baths for men and women. (Tattoos not allowed unless they could be covered). Beds were pretty comfortable albeit small. And rooms were standard Japanese sized so keep that in mind. Nice soaking friendly tub in the room! Look forward to staying here again next time I am in Nagoya!

2024年2月に2泊しました。 お部屋はもちろん大浴場やロビーなどの共用部分まで、とにかく清潔です。清掃が行き届いているなと感じました。 今回は金夜〜日朝の宿泊だったため、お客さんも多いはずなのにガヤガヤした雰囲気がなく、またスタッフの方も常にキリッとしていてプロフェッショナルを感じました。部屋を出る時は清掃スタッフの方も立ち止まって挨拶をしてくれました。 テレビでNetflix等々サブスクが繋げられたらより良いと思います。 逆に言うと、それしか文句つけられないくらい最高のホテルでした。 交通の弁もいいですし、名古屋観光の際にはおすすめです。

나고야 역에서 가깝습니다. 방에서 보이는 도시 전경도 아주 좋았습니다. 스파(목욕탕)가 있어도 별로 안쓰지 않을까 했는데 너무 좋아서 숙박하는 동안 매일 밤 썼습니다. 수건은 방에서 꼭 챙겨가시길!

기차역과 가까워서 매우 편리함. 특히 지하로 곧장 메이테츠, JR, 지하철 등과 연결이 되므로 비가 오든말든 상관없이 우산 펴지 않고 이동이 가능합니다. 로비층에 있는 대욕탕도 만족. 그리고 아침 부페에 히츠마부시가 나와 장어를 마음껏 먹을 수 있다는 점도 강력추천 이유의 하나!

It’s our third or fourth time staying at Mitsui Garden Hotels, this one in Nagoya is our 2nd time. Very typical Mitsui Garden hotel, nothing wrong with their services and facilities, but also nothing excellent. Staffs are polite but somehow not extraordinary and you don’t feel the warmth once you stepped into their hotel, is it because of their color tone chosen? I’m not sure… But their WiFi was really terrible, we’re assigned at “01” room, and the WiFi just never worked properly and smoothly, the connection was so weak and it just keep cutting off, I gave up finally and connect with my cellular. It makes me thinking, whether I should stay at Mitsui garden Nagoya again next time visiting this lovely city.
