'I had great time here. At first I saw the rooms don’t have Ac I asked why because I can’t stay without chilling. the girl told me not to worry that houses around here don’t usually have one. Believe me it was really cold in the city and I had to request for electric heather to warm up. Very helpful and coordinated staffs starting from gate man to reception. 'The Heron Portico is a nice upscale hotel in Nairobi. Conveniently located in a quiet area. Staff is friendly and willing to assist, just that the pricing for an extra person is outrageous (50%). It is well furnished and has a pool, a spa and a gym.'
