'When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.'

'The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to visit the national park. The property itself is also very beautiful, situated right within a rainforest and with access to a pool. Sadly, the "communal kitchen" was a joke. 'Very quiet and private. The family enjoyed it very much. The host was so helpful and friendly. We shall definitely return to this holiday home. ACE!'

The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals. Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and...
