'There is a old man at the car area that kept reminding me for two days to be careful not to knock into others car when opening our car door. He was worst on day two when he stood in front kf my car and watched me and my family open our car door as if I am under his discipline. What kind of attitude is this? Is there a discrimination because we are foreigners?'

'This hotel has a drink vending machine and microwave on every floor. In every other hotel I stayed at during my trip there was usually only one microwave and maybe a few vending machines for the entire hotel on the ground floor. There is also a coin laundry on the 4th floor. However, these coin laundry machines do not have passwords, so once the times up anyone can just open the machine. Breakfast buffet was very good and well worth the money, and all the hotel staff were friendly.'

'We enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious. The service was attentive. We were just not used to how hot the Japan onsen was but it was nice to have two different area. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong tables and the vintage video game room. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, but the breakfast could be better. The bedding - sleep mats were super thin and were hard to sleep on. We did asked for it to be double up to help with the hard floor. The front desk was able to arrange for this...

'朝食は、よかった'

'A very pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly, efficient staff. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning scheduled every 3 days, although towels replaced daily if requested. Aircon was set for the whole hotel, so not adjustable in your room. The temperature was ok, but I found it a little warm when in bed and couldn't open the window to let any cool air in either. Overall though, good value and recommended.'

'フロントスタッフの対応も笑顔で、とてもわかりやすく丁寧な説明でした、設備も新しくはないですが、畳み、壁紙等は新しく清掃も行き届いていました、食事も夕朝食とも、品数も多く満足出来ました、お風呂も露天風呂がリニューアルされてて、とても良かったです、又機会があれば、リブマックス大沼にします。'

'Very convenient, next to the Sapporo train station but still quiet and convenient to walk around. Also has a small shopping strip as part of the building. Also has a carpark about JPY800/night. Room was standard and clean. Amenities were good.'
