'The host provided fresh baked goods with fruits and fresh juice for breakfast everyday. It was a warm and delicious gesture. The cleanliness was amazing and the outside surrounding was maintained nicely. The location is beautiful. '

'The room was great, clean and two beds in my room so surprise and it was wonderful to have a car charger on site, the grounds are nice with Ping pong, bocce ball and different areas with fire pits. pool not so great or hot tub, i guess due to sulfer the got yellow but overall for the price was great specially the room Nice seating area outside your room and car parking outside the room for one car but plenty of parkin in the back area for other cars'

'Perfect little place for a weekend getaway! Great amenities room and bathroom. Easy parking. Great location within walking distance to restaurants shops and wine tasting. Even a shuttle to get to more wine tasting spots. Loved It!'

'Room 123 feels a bit like being in a basement, BUT is really close to the pool. The grounds could you a little love and attention. Paint and other aesthetic updates'

'FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday. Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender...

'The Bergson absolutely lived up to our expectations and so did Calistoga with great walks, wineries, people and atmosphere. The Bergsom and Calistoga is a perfect place for a small get-away.'

'The staff was friendly and helpful and the unit was very clean. The bed is comfortable and the in-room mineral bath tub fit both of us. It was also very quiet.'

'We upgraded to a second level room with a balcony (502) when booking, however we never used the balcony because the air conditioning system for the main building was so loud it was too u pleasant to be outside. We asked to change rooms upon arrival but the front desk was very vague about availability of other rooms and we seeks to have no choice to stay despite the whole place feeling pretty empty. '

'Although the place is dated it’s very clean and has everything at your fingertips. The location is fabulous and the hot pools are so amazing. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Definitely will be back again soon. '
