'Overall the staff is friendly, there was some confusion about how we use the credit for the breakfast at the first day, but the hotel staff solved this issue. And I got the 60 mins massage, it was really good. The massage therapist knew what he was doing and my body feel much lighter and the muscles feel relaxed too.'

I have to give a special shout out to Camila who is a waitress/server in the restaurant in the lobby. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed. 'The property and the location are very nice, but unfortunately the check-in was late (room wasn't ready by 4pm), and an incorrect bill from the hotel's restaurant and subsequent handling of the situation by staff made things feel less than ideal. Otherwise it would have been a great experience!'
