'Our stay was wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly, and they make sure you have everything you need. I have to give a special shout out to Camila who is a waitress/server in the restaurant in the lobby. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed. 'We upgraded to a second level room with a balcony (502) when booking, however we never used the balcony because the air conditioning system for the main building was so loud it was too u pleasant to be outside. We asked to change rooms upon arrival but the front desk was very vague about availability of other rooms and we seeks to have no choice to stay despite the whole place feeling pretty empty. '

'The property is charming and love the art deco look of the lobby. The service was excellent and the light breakfast brought to the door was great. However, the property needs a little sprucing up. The hallway carpets were quite worn and look dirty. The room was fine, but the mattress was horrible. It is a metal spring mattress with a fairly thin top cover. It was like sleeping on cement.
