Karakter Napier Zuid-Villa

Prachtig gerestaureerde villa uit 1910. Biedt alle comfort van thuis. Ligt in Napier South dicht bij Marine Parade, op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Deze nabijgelegen attracties, waaronder fantastische kinderspeelplaats / scooter / fietspad. Icecream-winkels, cafés en The National Aquarium of New Zealand. Als de art-decohoofdstad die wij zijn, bevindt u zich op een steenworp afstand van de architectuur en de hype van de art-deco-evenementen en -feesten waar Napier beroemd om is. Heel dicht bij de Rotary paden om de stad op je fiets te verkennen, die je kunt huren bij de Marine Parade fietsverhuurwinkel. Ocean Spa biedt een ontspannen manier om 's avonds door te brengen in een verwarmd buitenzwembad of spa, of te genieten van de beschikbare fitnessruimte. Als wijnproeven uw ding is, kies dan uit de vele kelderdeuren in het gebied, al dan niet geleid, in de auto of op de fiets. Deze wijnen zijn ook te vinden in veel van onze beste lokale restaurants die de stad te bieden heeft. Als Cricket of Rugby jouw ding is, dan zou je niet dichterbij kunnen komen, in feite kan de bal in je achtertuin landen!

Onze villa is ideaal voor 3 stellen of een grote familiegroep.
Roken is alleen acceptabel buiten.
Het is een volledig omheind terrein met beveiligde parkeergelegenheid op straat
is indien nodig geschikt voor maximaal 4 auto's.
Let op: dit is ons huis waar we wonen, niet alleen een verlof
en sluit de batch op.

Perfect spot for grandparents, parents and two kids

Spent 4 nights at this Bach with our daughter, her partner and two grandkids (6 and 2) on 1st visit to Napier area. Location was very convenient (right by cricket stadium but that was no issue). Very walkable, Close to stores, coffee, wonderful bakery. Incredibly comfortable interior, beautifully appointed, great kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and a garden that was stunning. I would stay here again for sure.

Gorgeous, leafy stay!

We loved our stay here! We spent the night before and night of our wedding here with our friends and had the most special time. The house and yard was perfect for “girls getting ready” photos. So green, so many plants everywhere! Bedrooms are very big and there’s two big living areas to spread out in. Great location. Very clean. Comfy beds.

Superb location for exploring the Napier area.

Quaint, charming character home… loved the diverse vegetation, both inside and outside. Next door to the stadium for events, close to the downtown core, easy access to the local wineries, the cycle trails and treks. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the host was great with communications, providing suggestions well in advance of our arrival.

Beautiful old house with a lovely surrounding garden.Nicely furnished with some unique touches.Easy walk into the town centre and beach. Situated on a slightly busy road but this did not bother us. Comfortable and walking distance to Napier

We found the property to be good, not great. It was comfortable, but not as clean as we would expect. We enjoyed being close to the downtown and we liked the sunny sitting area and plants inside. The location could be a problem if there is an event at the stadium, which is right next to the property. The host was helpful and responsive.

Love the Garden!

The owner has an amazing selection of plants both inside and outside. These really made the place feel like home! Lots of outside space. We easily had room for 2 cars and 7 bikes. Great covered patio, good bbq, and a well appointed kitchen. We were able to make a full Christmas dinner. The bathrooms were modern & spacious. Immensely enjoyed our time here!

A home away from home

Location was fabulous, easy walk to town. Perfect for two couples as we each had a bathroom and plenty of different spaces to relax. Loved the outdoor area and BBQ, beautiful garden. Great to have off street parking. Listing did say pool and gym which it didn't have but we didn't mind. Super responsive host, quickest I've experienced. Loved the ceilings and cute art deco touches. Fresh flowers inside were a nice touch too. Thank you for a great stay.

Wedding accom

We were in Napier for our daughter’s wedding. There was myself and my husband, my oldest son, his partner and under 2 year old from Queensland and my youngest son from New York. The house was fabulous and worked really well for us all as plenty of space, clean and in a great location, close to the waterfront and where our daughter and family were staying. Tess was very easy to communicate with before and during the stay and the arrival process was very easy. Would definitely recommend Tess and her home and definitely come back and stay again.

The house is very nice, on a busy road, close to central Napier and sea front, lovely garden with tables, chairs and decks to catch the light. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped but bedrooms need more personal storage and hanging space. Beds comfortable but more pillows and simple duvet covers. We had a good time in Napier, thank you.

Charming Villa

The house is lovely and interesting and the hosts clearly have a green thumb; both inside and outside are filled with healthy plants, which is uplifting. The upside of the location is that it’s not a long walk to beach, and quite fast by car to downtown or north Napier, or to highways out of town. The downside is that it’s on a rather busy street. The host was helpful and fast in communication.

A nicely furnished and well equipped villa not far from the centre. Very handy for our son’s cricket at Nelson Park as it just a couple of minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

The moment I saw the colourful front garden I knew I had made the right choice in my holiday home. And when I walked around to the back and saw the verdant grape pergola I knew I would be enjoying many happy hours quaffing Hawke's Bay pinot gris there. And the inside - very spacious, tastefully furnished/decorated rooms, well-provided. Sadly my last week was interrupted by the disastrous cyclone that has so seriously devastated the region - but the host could not have been kinder - bringing me a thermos of hot water every morning, a warm meal at night, they were able to arrange for me to make an early exit, took me to the airport. All beyond expectations; they could see how stressed I was by this catastrophe

Stunning villa, beautiful gardens with lovely places to sit and enjoy the space. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and tidy. Has everything you need for a relaxing break. Gorgeous villa in a handy city location

A beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Great communication with the owner and thoughtful touches of wine and bouquets of flowers left for us! Right next to McLean park so walking distance into the city. Really comfortable place to stay and would highly recommend!

A gem in central Napier

We were lucky enough to spend 10 wonderful days in this beautiful character family home with its magical outdoor dining and garden. Perfectly located for everything that this lovely city and beach have to offer. After arriving, we hardly used the car. We walked 15-20km a day around the city, beach, port and up on the Bluff with our dog. Highly recommended and hope to go back for another stay.
