'We only stayed one night, however the staff were very helpful. We had a night time visitor (one of the property's cats) which we loved. The room was small but well appointed. The property is really cool with tons of amenities and the location was right in the middle of all of the action. Loved it!'

'Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.'

'The property is beautiful and it is in a great location. The shopping center and plenty of restaurants were in walking distance. We did not like the fact that you needed to rent beach chairs at $176 a day. We are use to resorts supplying them for their guests. I would expect that for the price we paid to stay there. We enjoyed their luau and thought it was high quality. They maintained the property well and it seemed like a good spot for families. Even though we would not choose to stay...
