'The property was conveniently located near the airport, and the renovated room was nice. We parked in one of their parking lots and the rear spare tire of our Jeep Wrangler was stolen along with 3 other jeeps tires the same night. Staff said they had no surveillance and tried to say it didn’t happen on their property. It’s not a safe area for parking. I requested room cleaning in advance as was required and did not receive any cleaning at all, when I mentioned it to the staff offered a “sorry.”...

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...
