'The staff who checked us in was very professional and friendly. She gave us a bigger room, which was very nice. The room was clean the only thing is the toilet makes alot of noise after each flush. Other than that the bed was comfortable, i slept great, and i like that check out is at 12pm. I wish i took advantage of the late check out that was offered. '

'This is what Hawaii should feel like. Being welcomed with flamingos is the best way to kick things off. Joven checked us in and was very thorough in explaining all the tips and tricks of the property. We highly recommend their club rooms (The Hokupa'a tower). The unique access you get to the Lanai area with an infinity pool, full breakfast in the morning, hefty snacks in the afternoon, and a private bar where you can enjoy the sunset every day is worth every bit.
