'The staff who checked us in was very professional and friendly. She gave us a bigger room, which was very nice. The room was clean the only thing is the toilet makes alot of noise after each flush. Other than that the bed was comfortable, i slept great, and i like that check out is at 12pm. I wish i took advantage of the late check out that was offered. '

Joven checked us in and was very thorough in explaining all the tips and tricks of the property. We highly recommend their club rooms (The Hokupa'a tower).
