The Space
This ranch-style retreat is thoughtfully decorated with new furnishings, ensuring a stylish and comfortable stay. It boasts four bedrooms:

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, 55" Samsung TV, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, direct pool access.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed, private access to a bathroom (also accessible from the hallway).
- Third Bedroom: King bed, shares a hallway bathroom with a shower / tub combo.
- Fourth Bedroom: Modern room with four twin beds, ideal for extra guests or children.
- (1) Foldable twin mattress available as an extra bed for any of the rooms

All rooms blend style and practicality, featuring luxurious touches like 100% cotton sheets. The bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures, luxury toiletries, and hotel-quality bath, face, and hand towels for a spa-like experience.

The main living area boasts soaring 12' ceilings, complemented by a plush down-filled sectional sofa and a 65" Samsung QLED smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and outfitted with 4 stylish barstools next to a dining area that seats 6-8, perfect for meals and gatherings.

The sliding glass doors from the airy living room open completely to the patio / pool area with a brand new Weber grill, providing the full indoor / outdoor Florida living experience! The backyard offers an enclosed lanai, heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and seating area for ultimate relaxation.

Guest access
Guests can freely enjoy the use of 4 brand new adult cruiser bikes to access and explore the nearby beaches and area! For beach days, the home is equipped with beach / pool towels alongside a cooler, wagon, and Tommy Bahama umbrella and beach chairs!

Please note that this home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Parties and/or large gatherings are NOT permitted. There is also zero tolerance for smoking indoors. Violations may result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

**Pool heating is complimentary, up to 84 degrees. Additional heating up to 88 degrees available for an additional fee.**

If you would like the pool heated to a higher temperature, please let us know in advance. There is a $30/day fee for pool heating up to 88 degrees, and will be applied separately from your reservation total, and must be paid at least 24 hours before your reservation begins.

Propane gas for the grill is usually available at no extra charge, though availability cannot be guaranteed. If the propane runs out, we are happy to reimburse you for the refill (up to once per stay), but guests are responsible for refilling. Just snap us a picture of the receipt!
