Hello, we are the owners Ted & Maya. This is our home away from home and we want to have you feel the same way about this place as we do and welcome you to an amazing private pool & spa home surrounded by luscious backyard plants garden just 2 blocks from the beach located on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Fully remodelled 3 bedrooms, plus a den, 2 baths with lanai complete with a private pool and spa, 2 car garage and offered turnkey furnished!
Simply and elegantly decorated spacious home. As you enter, there is a den with a couch, massage chair, tv on the wall, and a desk area perfect for working from home with high-speed WIFI internet service.

The renovated kitchen is in the heart of the home which opens to the dining and living room area - perfect for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen features granite countertops, a huge serving island with bar stools and comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine in.

The dining room area has seating for 4. The living room features a couch, 2 chairs and a flat-screen tv. The living room offers views of the pool/lanai from the wall of sliding glass doors.

The lanai/outdoor area is the perfect spot to spend your vacation... it is completely fenced in for the utmost privacy. The lanai has a dining table for 4 and a Weber gas grill. The pool features a " sun shelf " with 2 lounge chairs in the water, the pool deck features 4 additional lounge chairs, egg hammocks swing chair & pool cabana providing shelter from the sun if needed.

It's like living at your own private resort!!
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen tv, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The guest rooms (a total of 3 bedrooms in all) feature a queen-size bed and the second guest room has two twin beds and there is a full-size guest bath. All linens, blankets and pillows are provided (the house sleeps 6 comfortably).

There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

There is also a two-car garage with 6 bikes provided!!

This home is complete with linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and a laundry room - just bring your bathing suit and jump in!!

Home includes free Wi-Fi, bikes and all the beach gear necessary.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house including the garage, back yard and pool area and spa.
Other things to note
I. The Tenant is hereby notified that the pool and spa can be dangerous. The Tenant fully accepts the risks involved and will use the swimming pool and/or spa at the Tenant's own risk.

The Tenant is further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards.

II. The Landlord/Broker will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Tenant, and/or the Tenant's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or spa.

III. The Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times.

IV. It is the Tenant's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa.

** PLEASE BE AWARE THE DEPTH OF THE POOL IS LESS THAN 5 FEET **

** NO DIVING ALLOWED **


V. The Tenant agrees not to use glass containers in or around the pool. Plastic or metal containers should be used at all times.

VI. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the appropriate water levels of the pool and spa (halfway up the tiles of the pool). Water levels can drop due to evaporation, excess splashing, and entering and exiting the pool. All homes are equipped with a hose that should be turned on and placed into the pool. Water levels can be brought back to normal within 1-4 hours, at which point the hose should be turned off and removed from the pool.

VII. The Tenant is responsible for keeping the swimming pool/spa clean of debris and keeping the pool/hot tub areas clean, neat and organized.

VIII. The Tenant is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the swimming pool and/ or spa that is required as a result of negligence by the tenant, or the tenants’ occupants or guests.

IX. No pets of any kind are permitted in the swimming pool and/or spa at any time.


X. The tenant understands that the swimming pool and/or hot tub are strictly an amenity and that the use of this amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the lease. Any interruption or non-availability of the use of the swimming pool and or spa will not violate any terms of the lease.
